Stepping into Martin Modern leave a deep impression to every visitor at least. Charmed by its unconventional architecture in a positive way, this really sets apart from its neighbouring developments.

Leveraging on tropical design, lush greenery with various species of plants to create the feel of “botanical garden” at your door step. Striking the right balance of rawness and greenery is definitely remarkable in Martin Modern. 

The moment you enter into Martin Modern, you might notice that there was a concerted effort to create a heightened sense of arrival with concreted greenery walls, with a long driveway that hides away the arrival court and basement car park. Along the way, the pneumatic refuse room and substation, which are cleverly sited away from the rest of the development. While absolutely crucial, the privacy of the residents are highly secured from public eye.

The arrival court is also well plan for 2 cars side by side to avoid jam while dropping off. Upon arrival, the reception lounge is just beside its make it easier to address the whereabouts for first time visitors. Do note that the carpark and reception lounge is designated as B2 due to its elevated terrain of the site.

There are just 2 towers in Martin Modern, you definitely will not miss the grand lobby of each tower. A modern luxury hotel lobby vibe with pretty sleek design, air-conditioned with pops of colour in the form of the orange sofa, contrast with the overall dark theme and cobbled floor. Exclusive lobby for premium units is integrated with common lift lobby as well which is entering by access card, waiting time for lift arrival is more pleasant.

Upon stepping out of lift from reception lounge to level o1, the first thing greets you is the extensive party lawn that gives you the perception of space. The fact that the lawn is almost 4000 sqft speak much about the premium space which Martin Modern can offer. 

The Club Lounge and Dining Lounge is located just besides the lawn, is an air-conditioned that is about 450 sqft fitted with a long table and a sofa couch by the side. Combing the outdoor space too, you should be able to accommodate a rather large crowd of up to 40 pax.

There are several gardens to navigate through before you chance upon the kids’ play area comprises the forest play area, which has a sheltered pavilion accompanying it. This means that parents or helpers bringing the children here will have shelter while watching the kids.

Given only 450 units in Martin Modern, generous sized ‘sunken’ tennis court, it is nicely tucked away at the corner of the site which noise pollution is minimal distubance here. 

Besides its outspoken nature design, Martin Modern’s key element to create a botanical garden amidst the city setting aside 80% of its site is dedicated to landscaping, making the premium spaces seem generous and expansive. The vast amount of greenery dedicated to Martin Modern is spectacular, creating a real sanctuary of a home amidst the hustle and bustle going on in River Valley.
