Selling Your HDB in Bukit Merah or Queenstown?

Basic 10 steps on selling HDB:
Register your intent to Sell. Prior doing that, you have to meet the MOP period of 5 years. (We will guide you how to do the intent to sell).
Set a best selling price. Through our comprehensive analysis with you, we will advice the best selling price for your home.

Market your HDB unit. Using our SHAPE system, we will do the necessary pre-marketing stages including decluttering, staging, photography, videography etc.
Prospect the right buyer. This critical step will be handle by us via our paid subscription social media channels. Our experience can assure you get the best possible price.
Issue Option to Purchase OTP. Before issue OTP to buyer, we will ensure any extension of stay (if required) or late resales submissiom(if required) are highlighted to the buyer to prevent any dispute in latter stage.
Engage a conveying lawyer. Once the buyer had exercised the OTP, you need to engage a lawyer or HDB to act for you if taking HDB loan. This is to ensure all legal documents are in place.
Resale HDB application. Once everything is in order, we will need to do resale submission on HDB portal within the stipulated period state in the OTP. 
Approval of Submission. When we receive approval from HDB, you will need to login to HDB portal to make acknowledgement of the approval letter and make payment online.
Final Appointment confirmation. Once both seller and buyer have login to acknowledge, you are expect to view approval letter within 14 days from the submission.
Attending Final appointment. By this stage, you will notify the exact date and time to attend the appointment. Upon completion of the appointment, you will receive the sales proceed accordingly.
